Worst car rental experience of my life. Issues with the staff and vehicle from start to finish. Met people along the way whom rented from same location and also had an awful experience. If you are American and/or female I strongly suggest a different company all together.

Worst car rental experience EVER. Employees are cold and not helpfull at all, I dare to say contempt

Worst car rental experience EVER. Employees are cold and not helpfull at all, I dare to say contemptuous even. We rented a car on a french website. When we arrived in the rental car shop, they asked for a credit card, which we gived them (a visa, which is international). They refused it, saying the card should have "credit" mentionned on it. In France we only talk about credit card, visa or Mastercard is what matters for international purpose. We offered to give them cash or to wire them some money, which they refused, not caring at all about our situation. They couldn't have been more unpleasant, it was no concern for them that our holidays were ruined. When you have an "international" business, you're obviously aware of the differences between the countries and then knew about this one, they just absolutely didn't care, for them it's easy money and that's all that matters. This is not a service, this is rip of !
