My friends and myself went for a spa day yesterday, we were not expecting much due to how cheap it was for the 2 massages, how wrong were we, it was absolutely fantastic, we were greeted by Connor and shown around the health club, fantastic lad, we were then met by Sarah the masseuse who explained everything to us and was absolutely amazing, I’m still currently relaxed and after the massages we had a great few hours in the pool and jacuzzi. I would highly recommend this place and would like management to know what a great asset you have got with Sarah, very professional, friendly and a great masseuse.

I’ve just started a series of planned massage sessions due to my back being very painful and problematic. All the team have been great at advising me on the best course of action, and today Alison was amazing! The treatment was great, professional and I felt 100% comfortable and already looking forward to my next treatment! Thanks guys!

Enjoyed 2 lovely treatments on sunday along with my mum. Used the spa facilities beforehand which was nice and relaxing. The leisure facilities are a little dated but nothing that affects use. Treatments in the spa were great and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed . Thank you.

The quality of the massages, the hot flannels, hot oils, warm gorgeous rooms. Worth every penny

I always opt for a deep tissue massage because I get a lot of pain in my shoulders. Kaye found some key points and advised me to have a sports massage to get rid of any Notts. Probably the best massage I have ever had. I rebooked there and then. The steam room and saunas helped me relax before I even had my treatment! Just amazing. Strongly recommended and at such affordable prices. Thank you so much.

Just had a wonderful 2 hour therapy session by Kay. She could not do enough. Made me feel special. She clearly loves giving massages. I was luckily to have a hot stone massage with a deep tissue. A revive facial and foot scrub. Finished off with an Indian grad massage. Loved every minute and highly recommend.
