The pharmacist is so helpful and takes time to explain things if you have a question. Very friendly staff. So lucky to have this right on my doorstep .

Brilliant. So much better than the miserable, deliberately awkward and inept staff at the two Well Pharmacies at Barnwell Road and York Street. A pleasure to use. Lovely, considerate staff; always trying to find a way to help.

I like this little pharmacy because it's close to my house and linked with my GP therefore easy to get prescriptions sorted. However whilst most of the stuff is polite, the lady is definitely not. She has such an attitude. I called and spoke with her on the phone and she cut the conversation putting the phone down while I was still asking my question (I wanted to know when I should call back but she jsut IGNORED ME and closed it) and in person she doesn't say hello or bye. Just hands the medications and moves to the next customer. What a shame as the usuap guy working there instead is so friendly and polite.
