Lovely store with some really friendly staff. One lady working there was fantastic - chatting to my daughter all about Toy Story 4 when we came shopping. We have been to Disney Stores all over the world and she was probably one of the most friendly & helpful people we ever met! The store was really really busy with not a lot of space to move around - however that's no fault to the staff or layout of the store - just the customers that day.

The manager Chris was very helpful and I believe this is the only toy store in the Trafford centre now.... toys reasonably priced and lots of choice... the didn't have two items in stock and Chris was kind enough to give me a code to buy online and get free delivery.... great customer service and all the staff were lovely and very helpful they even put my items behind the till so I didn't have to hold them while I waited in line I was offered discounted products behind the till and the staff couldn't do enough for me.... thank you I'm sure thanks to you my son will have an amazing birthday

Disney owns my childhood. I am a lonely unloved child but I always enjoy going to the Disney store and embracing the Disney magic, letting it sweep me away into a wonderful fantasy. I love standing there watching songs from the classics that defined my childhood. This is as I have no friends and just have Disney. But last time I went there wasn't any star-wars stuff.

A wonderful experience for younger children. Took my little sister here to buy some goods, we had a lovely gent named Paul assist us with our questions. He let us know of a deal involving a teddy dumbo if we spend over a certain amount - we took up the offer and my sister was delighted. Fantastic shop with lots of different items. Paul was helpful and took the time to chat with us about his dog - made the experience so much better during these strange times of Covid 19. Will be returning! Thanks 10/10
