Staff are most helpful and knowledgeable. Bought frozen 2 dolls but my daughter wanted ones specific to a part of the movie. We got the correct ones thanks to great staff x

This Disney store is really good, with a wide selection of merch and always nice and caring employees! Too bad there are no daily morning keys! (You have to go to Glasgow if you want these keys. But there are always special keys (Every two or three months) in Edinburgh)

The last of Edinburgh's Disney store. The staff are always keen to help and knowledgeable. Prices are always a bit high but there are sometimes bargains to be had.

Utterly stupid I travelled 10 miles plus to Disney store to purchase what I think is Disney main product ie Disney movies I was also wanting products relative to them. But low and behold disney stores do not sell wat I think is their main product dvds or box sets of there movies. Now I understand why people use black markets

Magical for kids, not so much for my wallet...

Really sad to hear that this store is apparently closing down permanently 😔 been coming here since I can remember, spent many trips with my grandmother who loved the store and she is no longer with us so it holds some special memories for me. I go with my mum and my two young nieces who are 11 and 6, they have both grown up taking trips to the store every other weekend. The staff in the store are just magical also, the manager Amy is so delightful and kind 💕 will miss the staff and store so much 💕💕

Great Disney store with a wide choice of products. Glad this one has some adults clothing too. We always manage to find a gift for our son and daughter. Beautiful shop and great staff who are always very helpful. We were looking for the genie soft toy which wasn't on display, asked a member of staff and happy to go check and found one for us.
