Direct Dry Cleaners bristol

I have spilled some toffee sauce on my chiffon party dress and when I picked up the dress, it appeared that the stain is still there. The employee told me that dry cleaning doesn't help with oily stuff. So why they even took it? I told them what the stain was. Paid £10 for nothing. Not to mention very rude employee.

Poor. I took a dress for dry cleaning which had no stains or anything serious, just a faint odour after a couple of wears. The dress has come back to me exactly as I left it so I've essentially paid £10 for a wire hanger. Will go elsewhere next time.

The most reasonably priced dry cleaner I have found in Bristol, they do a very good job with lightly soiled items that need refreshing. Badly stained items can be a challenge for any cleaner and I have been pleased with their results, but it obviously depends on your needs and expectations. Only wish they had a south Bristol branch which was easier to get to as parking in Gloucester Road is so difficult

Rude, unfriendly staff. Took some suits for dry cleaning I needed for the weekend. Sign on the door and online says close 5pm on Friday. Got to the dry cleaners just before closing at 16.57 and the shutters were coming down, knocked on the window and tried calling but no response. Don't trust that they will be open until actual closing time. Woman at the counter was very rude and unapologetic. Avoid. There are much better and friendlier dry cleaners in Bristol at similar prices.

As you expect really! Pretty quick, affordable and never had any issues with the the dry clean. I deduct one star simply because I left a Parker pen in my suit one time and never saw it again.

I know their dry cleaning is good but £30+ to replace a jacket zip?!

We'll be taking them to the industry body. Our curtains have been damaged to the the extent that we'd have to pay someone to fix them. For example all of the lining is now undone. We paid £150. Having complained, we were told because the curtains didn't have a care instruction label, it's not the dry cleaners fault. The woman in the store was extremely rude. We're now without curtains, out of pocket, and having to escape this to the industry body and then a small claims court.

I have used this cleaners for years for both alterations and cleaning. They have always offered a really professional high quality service AND they are soooo reasonable price wise!! Highly recommend!
