One of the best places in London to get almost every spa and beauty service from, all the branches! I've noticed people being blatantly ignored in the salons around the same locality and hence I decided to switch to Dimple's. no regrets! the customer service is great, my hair looks great (hair colouring and cut)

I just got the keratin treatment done by Theresa which was done pretty well by her with a lot of patience for 3 hours and turned out beautiful. Highly recommended beauty parlour.

I went for a haircut. The unprofessional manager asked to the hair removal lady to cut my hair... in the middle of the cutting I understand that something was wrong. When I asked why the cutting is so weird and far away from my request, the lady shifted immediately without explanation with the real person in charge of the haircut. I got long hair i just wanted to refresh my cut to attend a major event, but it is a real disaster !!! Please be aware that this parlour name changed....

I had a facial done today with a Therapist by the name of Joe. Joe was very attentive, gave me a thoroughly relaxing facial massage followed by a glowing facial. I was feeling stressed and anxious when I had arrived at the beauty parlour, I left feeling fully relaxed and glowing. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you Joe.

All trainee hair dressers in there, wouldn;t recommend with hair cutting

Appointment is only kept if they do not have another custmer walked in. Card machine never works when I go. Found my place a bit further down the high street. Go to glamour if you want professionalism and actually looked after.
