Not a fan of the accusing tone when trying to buy something as simple as strong painkillers. Rudely questioned only to be told pharmacist is on lunch can you come back. V poor customer service

VACCINATION POISONING - For travel purposes, my 22 year old son had to have a meningitis jab. After the pharmacist had vaccinated him, he requested the brand name/packaging and insert leaflet but was told he could not have it (surely it is a human right to know what is being injected into your own body). 24 hours later, he had an adverse reaction to the vaccination. Severely ill. Unable to sleep, eat, body aches throughout, headache, weakness, drowsiness and time off work. On the flip side, a few days prior to this, I had the same vaccination with no adverse reaction. Same brand but the batches were different and the one my son had was obviously not a good one. Not sure why he was denied the packaging and insert when he requested it and if a person has an adverse reaction, the packaging information is vital as it has the batch code and expiry date on it.

Express Pharmacy is a fitting name, because the service and delivery was very fast. The checkout process was also a breeze, site is easy to use. Delivery arrived in good packaging.

Amazing customer service. After "fighting" 30 minutes on the phone with DPD, Express Pharmacy managed to rearrange another delivery for me, within a few minutes.

The staff very rude and arrogant! Also very unprofessional! There are other pharmacies in the area. Where to get professional advice. I'm not going there again.
