Great service from Ian Osbourne,parts supervisor. He even got the" Boss" to take me to the Mall, as I got forgotten. Rang an hour later, to say my bike was ready for collection. I am always treated with much respect, and feel my custom is valued. I do travel 93 miles, each way to go to the Dealership, so that sums it up, for me.

Have recently bought a motorbike from Steve at Dick Lovett motorrad Bristol, have to say VERY polite , efficient, knowledgeable and helpful giving advice and no pressure to buy top guy. Also had a bit of an issue when Steve was on his day off and spoke to Luke again very helpful and even though it was not him I bought the bike from he sorted my request out quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this dealership 100% this is my first ever Google review which I think speaks to what I think of the service I received from the staff there. Also nice coffee !!

This is a great dealership with very friendly helpful and informative staff. Luke looked after my purchase but all the staff were brilliant. This is a great place to look at the BMW range and chat motorcycles without any pressure to buy. I met several customers who just love to return for a brew and a chat. Well recommended!!!

Booked a service and MOT. Whilst having a coffee I received a health check video of my bike from Peter. Excellent customer service from Matt and the workshop guys. I agreed to pick up my bike the next day. Matt arranged for me to borrow an R1250. All good.
