Excellent work Ian the Sales man was excellent very friendly and had great customer service from him will highly recommend Ian as I know people who want some work doing.

We had 2 door and windows fitted. The lads came on time and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

Used Diamond windows to replace a back door and 2 windows in our Kitchen 4/04/2016 Very good price and quality made door and windows. The 2 fitters did a GREAT job and cleaned up and removed all rubbish after wards plus we were Very Happy with the end result. Thank You Very Much

Poor quality poor after sales Had my Windows and door 18 months windows whistle a tune time every time there is a breeze door leeks when rain is heavy, contacted Ian several times and get fobbed off with someone is coming .biggest most expensive mistake I've ever made using this cowboy company oh and all fitting is sub contracted and fitters don't want to know after they've been paid .

7 months ago we ordered windows and 2 doors 1.The doors where wrong. 2.The glass was wrong in the doors and windows. We called and arranged to keep the doors if there made us some nice glass to go in them. Seven months later we are still no further to solving the problem we just get fobbed off all the time please don't use this cowboy company.

Great price, Great customer service at buying stage. Few faults with windows & doors. Some windows don't open & patio door doesnt shut in summer without force. Despite emailing & calling Diamond windows to ask them to help fix they don't respond and ignore all emails. After care non existant!!
