Emailed re prices for end of tenancy clean. Got quick reply and emailed back saying I would like to book it. Then no further contact from them. Phoned up on the Monday to check they had booked it. Was told by a totally indifferent person no it wasn’t booked. No apology, no concern shown that they had let me down. So I can’t really comment on the cleaning aspect as never found out.

My letting agent was so amazed at the standard of the cleaning that they called me to tell me. At their request I gave them Diamond's details. I have been using Diamond Domestic Cleaning Services Ltd. for many years and their service is always excellent. They clean our office regularly and have done couple of deep clean too. I also used their service for carpet cleaning in my flat recently and again they were really professional. I will definitely keep using them in the future :)
