I couldn't access my external hard-drive, owing to a leakage from one of my toiletries. I took it to a well-known computer repair place in Brighton, but after two weeks of waiting, no result and no data..... Diamond computers was then recommended to me and what a result! They accessed my data within a couple of days and got it copied to a new external hard-drive. They were quick, helpful and cost effective. Highly recommend them.

Sorted out a windows 10 update issue on my MSI laptop quickly and at a good price. Staff were friendly, professional and responded to my queries quickly. They also presented alternative options to keep me informed. Would recommend and use again in the future if the need arose.

Had a problem with my desktop which suddenly started rebooting itself. I rang Diamond and dropped it off around 9:30 in the morning. They said it might be a couple of days and I asked if it was possible to get a couple of files off the PC. They said they would have a look and see what they could do. They rang back at 14:00 to say they had a quick look and it was a dodgy power on button. They rewired and I picked it up at 17:30 the same day. Great service .

I have known Jaime and the team for almost 20 years now and always have used their services . I can honestly say and rate them as perfect people for any computer jobs .

My power socket broke on an old and fairly obscure laptop. Diamond sourced the part, did the repair and made sure I could download current work while awaiting delivery. They also found and configured a relatively inexpensive new laptop for me speedily. Frank A
