Called in to get a replacement armchair my old recliner had passed its prime and was causing me no end of back problems. Nice guy helped me with my choice I settled for a high back wing chair so comfortable and NO backache anymore. If you're suffering with your back its probably your armchair!

At first everything was fine i ordered sofas for 2 different properties and in total 4/5 sofas with pillows and pedastools the first arrived perfect on time as per the schedule as this was clearance from the sale. Upon chasing the next order i was told it would be ready on date xx/xx called 2 weeks later to obtain delivery details and been told that this will not be ready until another 2/3weeks ... thanks for letting me know!! if i hadnt of chased we would not of been notified!!! We have tennants in the property with no proper seating arrangements.. shambolic customer service!! Staff in store no problem what so ever couldnt ask for more!! Thanks Mitesh!
