Called in to get a replacement armchair my old recliner had passed its prime and was causing me no end of back problems. Nice guy helped me with my choice I settled for a high back wing chair so comfortable and NO backache anymore. If you're suffering with your back its probably your armchair!

At first everything was fine i ordered sofas for 2 different properties and in total 4/5 sofas with pillows and pedastools the first arrived perfect on time as per the schedule as this was clearance from the sale. Upon chasing the next order i was told it would be ready on date xx/xx called 2 weeks later to obtain delivery details and been told that this will not be ready until another 2/3weeks ... thanks for letting me know!! if i hadnt of chased we would not of been notified!!! We have tennants in the property with no proper seating arrangements.. shambolic customer service!! Staff in store no problem what so ever couldnt ask for more!! Thanks Mitesh!

Very bad service, missed delivery with no explanation or notice, finally after a long wait my sofa was delivered and has tear in the fabric,

DFS is not too band if you know what you want. A selection to meet most peoples needs but some sofas are quite over priced. Lovely mirrors, tables and lamps again prices but unique which is what Iike. Remember if you purchase interest only that sits with a finance company and there is no refund options, but if you pay cash they are more likely to accommodate you. Not my first choice but other have been satisfied with their purchase. Key fact measure before you buy as often their furniture will not fit through your door.
