DFS Llantrisant cardiff

Found the salesman not very polite/helpful, when we asked about the delivery charge. The £50 discount for spending over £1500 was not offered to us either. Went to another DFS store and the service was so much better

I be another sofa from this shop . I was really impressed with the quality and price of the furniture.

Waited half an hour next to a sofa trying to buy it. Nobody bothered to talk to us even when ambling around with their hands behind their backs. Wanted to buy three sofas but the staff here made it impossible for me to give them my custom. Ridiculous.

Great store and great team in store I would give a 5 star for them. However I have had nothing but problems with the delivery they just cancelled again for the 3rd time. Absolutely ridiculous. We ordered the sofa at the beginning of August. 3 times we were given a delivery date and 3 times they didn't deliver. They just cancelled again because "the delivery van is too big" ridiculous. If you have the means to definitely collect it yourself. Nothing but problems getting it delivered and to this we paid £69 for delivery and they can't seem to deliver it. Honestly the sofa we bought was perfect the store themselves and the staff was amazing However delivery is aweful Edit Just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone I believe from store and he has helped like I said previously the store and the staff are amazing I definitely recommend using the store however the delivery are awful rebooking delivery tomorrow with the store rather than the call centre so let's see how. That goes.

Great experience while buying our new sofa. Gary the sales guy was great, didn't feel pressured at all and allowed us to pick at our own speed

Staff in store were really helpful and even showed us the custom colour combinations on the big screen, much easier to visualize than on a phone. Clean and tidy inside and social distancing well managed. Thank you 👍
