No service, not over bearing and when we did come back after making a decision got everything sorted out with minimal of fuss. Good after care as well

So impressed with the salesman. No pressure to buy but could not do enough for us. Iby you were a credit to your store. Some really good sales bargains.

Having taken quite some time to decide where to buy a new sofa. I decided on DFS Sofas in Bradford. The selection was great in number to view and price variation. Having looked around the store, my wife and I made a decision and the salesman helping us was great. He was very helpful (not pushy) and his knowledge helped us decide on exactly what we wanted, can't praise him enough. We recommend DFS Bradford to anyone - you won't be disappointed.

Ok haven't brought anything get but heading back soon for another look. Super friendly helpful staff who looked like they wanted to be there not hiding in the back on their phones, decent stock and reasonable prices. Long lead times but that seems universal at the moment!!

Absolutely terrible service from dfs one of the worst experiences of my life. I thought i would use a professional firm to buy my sofas how wrong was i, once they have your money they dont care no correspondence from them regarding my furniture being delayed i tried several times contacting them ridiculous waiting times on the phone. Totally avoid this cowboy company ( and their affiliated companies )and spend your hard earned money elsewhere......

Well laid out, very busy but to be expected on a Bank Holiday. Store was too warm! Polite helpful staff
