Stayed in room 16 on the lower level, everything was brand new. Excellent shower too. Small but very safe car parking area at the rear of the hotel. A few minutes walk from the Hydro and very central for food and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel Wasn’t what it advertised on booking.com. The hotel is shabby but it’s also cheap to stay. The staff though are really amazing and try their best to help with all problems. The best person ever is Yura the housekeeper. She sorted all the problems with my stay within minutes and also ensured that I had a breakfast at not extra cost. She is so hardworking and a star member of staff and really cares about the guests. A little more money spent on the hotel and it would be a gem

The hotel is in a quiet place away from the very centre of the city. The staff were pleasant for our checking in/out. The room was very basic and covered in stains but the bed linen and bathroom were very clean. Comfortable stay but I think the place needs some TLC

Reception didn't know which room we were in and had to knock people up to find the empty room, whilst waiting another patron came in to complain of blood on their sheets. When we got our room Mattress absolutely shot to bits No mirror in bathroom Hair drier didn't work Shower sprayed water everywhere but on me Random wet patch on the floor Was too tired in the morning to complain, Room 012 if you're interested

The first impression as you walk in is impressive but the room we were in was shabby the radiator was hanging off the wall and the bathroom was covered in black mould . The inside of the kettle was crusty with limescale. Breakfast was okay as long as you get there before the teenager that piles every last bit of bacon in the trays on to his plate.

Hotel very handy for Hydro. Bed and bathroom clean. But room itself left a lot to be desired - shelf above radiator hanging off wall. This is indicative of the run-down nature of the hotel. The continental breakfast barely adequate. The free car parking is very small, difficult to manoeuvre car in safely. Will not return.

Do not book ! Staff very helpful and polite that's all I can recommend. This is a dreadful hotel, we were in a twin room supposedly, the rooms are tiny and not serviced daily or at all. We had to hold the shower rose over our heads because there is no fitting, had to ask for toilet brush , toilet role on corner of bath as again no fitting, no room to put clothes out of suit case so literally living out of case for five days. Paid for cooked breakfast for the five days but only had it twice, our choice because it is not good. Could be a great hotel with some money spent on it.

Hotel is not bad looking but would need a bit of more deep cleaning and maintenance in them. I thought when they say that breakfast is included I was expecting at least a full English breakfast or at least some warm food, what you get is a slice a toast and cold boiled eggs and old piece of ham and some cheese.🤢 Room state, there is no handles in the widows and mold in the room and dirty cracked walls. Below photos will show, so you get what you have paid for.😁 The only good thing is that is central to many pubs and restaurants with good food 👍 and that they accept dogs.
