I would if I could rate this in minus ⭐️... in London Victoria station... it’s just horrible when you land up with a dried steak pasties, like I have today morning, a lovey 08:00 Monday start, and regret this is not the first... I keep going there, remembering the times I get a fresh one... but not any more

No customer service, not just poor but none to see at all. I had to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a rude Indian man, who was in the back and could clearly see me. I then paid and he immediately left and went back into the back. I then asked if I could have a receipt, only to be told the machine wasn’t working - I need a receipt in order to send to my company but he said sorry there’s nothing I can do. I understood this but I wasn’t told before paying that I couldn’t have had a receipt or I wouldn’t have purchased the food. He then shrugged and offered no remorse - I wouldn’t be paying to employe this man!
