This place is unmatched in terms of them having a huge range of products, great quality stuff and great prices. I have always had a good experience here whether shopping for adults clothes, kids clothes, household stuff, perfume or makeup. The Staff are always very friendly and helpful and the blue cross sales have some really good savings.

Good variety of everything and although we didn't get everything we went for we enjoyed it anyway. Paid just £32.50 for a well known brand of ankle fur lined boots, original price was £65.00. Also had a lovely brunch in their restaurant.

Let me begin with saying that I now know why half of their branches are closing. It’s a joke when it comes to service. I walk into one of their major big stores and luckily I knew what I wanted and luckily I’m a very confident individual. Being confident meant when I had enough of waiting for one is the assistants to come over to help me I started opening the draws underneath where the products were kept. The shocking things was I walked from the first floor to the ground floor where the item was kept and every assistant that wasn’t actually assisting someone was busy on their phones in my walk from the first floor to the ground. Sue me for noticing it all. LoL I work in a similar environment so I know how it works. Assistants saw me standing looking for help but no one approached. No security I could have easily walked out with an item and believe no one would have saw not even cameras. I understand workers can be busy on the phone with clients or whatever the reason but everyone doesn’t need to be on their phones. Plus the lady on the till has the cheek to up-sell me one of their credit cards.

Big store, but not to my taste anymore. I feel they need a whole re vamp of there store and the suppliers. They have a nice spacious cafe so good for a spot of lunch, but what about the rest? Used to be good 10 years ago but just needs whole re vamp. I feel they should stock some more up market brands. Hopefully they will.
