Clean and tidy store with a good range of products. It's quite evident whilst walking around that they are struggling in the current economic climate though as there is a lot of "space" rather than stock. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Got a nice teashirt price was odd. Been marked down 30 percent. But had been moved to an area with 70 percent rest of items were not 70 percent has suggested. Need mark down at correct price.

No problem finding what I wanted, staff were efficient n professional and me n my friend enjoyed your breakfast and our shopping in your store. Lovely experience. Thank you. Jane x

My review is really for the lovely lady at the Dior perfume counter who was incredibly helpful and so very pleasant to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and she was charming. If she represents the calibre of staff at this branch then i wish them all luck through the current retail sector problems that Debenham (and others) are suffering.

Excellent store with just about everything needed for your wardrobe and the home. Products are very good quality and reasonable prices with regular promotions and sales. The staff are always ready to help and very proficient.

Good range of outlets Not a good experience with the brow bar down stairs . The lady indian threaded my eyebrows and cut my skin, then went onto to say it was my fault and i could report it to the manager. No apology or care.

Gutted to see this store go. It has been such a lovely place to shop and even work in! Lots of bargains on offer at the moment and it is well laid out. The staff are working hard to keep the store tidy and well managed. Good social distancing measures. Top floor in now closed and no toilets in the store.

So sad to see this store close. What an amazing shop, will be greatly missed and staff always were so lovely.

Brilliant store many happy memories here and will leave a sad gap in the high street
