Absolutely disgrace! Came in for a ‘walk-in’ one day at 9:55 (‘walk-in’ started at 10:30) and have been told by the receptionist that ‘’walk-in’ is fully booked! Waiting room was empty, just one lady with two kids, and me! Moving to another GP, and putting a formal complaint with NHS.

Horrendous clinic. Probably the worst in Bolton . Only good staff there is the Nurse Saeed. The rest should be ashamed to call themselves professionals..

Dr silveragen the main Dr is THE WORST DR I have ever had to deal with. He could not even help me with my 8 week baby that cries all the time. He said she is just a fussy baby and all she wants is attention. What dr would say that and not look further into it when I told him she has an issue it's not normal she is in pain I can tell. He sent me away saying nothing is wrong n she is chubby n wants attention. I had to go to A&E to get her seen and she was admitted in hospital dealing with the issue she really had and they were shocked dr silveragin did NOTHING.

This place is an absolute disgrace none of the staff know what there doing they are all full of excuses on why they can’t do there jobs and when you want to ask why they get extremely rude and aggressive. I phoned up for an appointment they gave me one two weeks later so I waited two weeks and they phoned me to say They had booked me on a bank holiday so I had to wait another two weeks complete waist of taxpayers money this place. honesty stay away from this place it’s the single worst experience I’ve ever had

Just change your doctors like I did that's all I'm going to say

I moved from the surgery a few years ago to a closer one but have moved back here, I have always found the reception staff very helpful, Jeanette is wonderful and saheed is always friendly and very good at what he does. The pharmacy is very well organised for repeat prescriptions and helpful.

I have moved around regularly due to work and have used the services of various GPs but this place has to be the worst clinic I have used. I have been trying to chase a Fitnote for a week now, this is not something I have done before, why is it such a stressful process to obtain one?

I have to say never had a problem in 15yrs saheed and Jeanette and the receptionist have been awesome. The only issue I have had was postcode lottery on test strips. The wait can be long but I've been a and e and waited much much longer. Yes it's hard to see main doctor but that's high demand and anything the nurses don't know they ask doctor who 9 out of 10 will come check you over just to make sure..

I waited one week for my sick leave, I do not recommend it. A good time to change clinics.

Utter joke at the moment normally don't have an issue but been with 25mins for someone to answer phone. Also suffer from mental health and they don't seem to care its ur a name on a piece of paper made me feel worthless Shaeed and Jeanette are wonderful whenever I see them
