Location wise all is fine but an incident happen that change my opinion. I dont know why my review was block on Booking.com Since the admistrator from booking.com approved my review.

Will book this hotel again because I had a very nice experience here. The staff are amazing too, they are always ready to help you. The view is fantastic from our room and it was very spacious and clean too!

Our staff was placed there on SHN for 14 days. No proper food was given, she requested for vegetarian dietary requirements and breakfast was served with two pieces of white bread and chili sauce. Everyday the food is the same. Delivery of food isn’t allowed thus she had to put up with it. She requested for in room slippers - and surprisingly such a simple request cannot be fulfilled. There isn’t any Hotel in room slippers available in the entire hotel.

Was isolated here. Overall is good. Comfortable stay. Only some minor issue on toilet cleanliness, housekeeper may overlook it.

we stayed at the hotel a year ago. it was a wonderful experience. we intend to book 2 rooms in december, preferably with breakfast. please advise if it is a buffet breakfast or if it is not how will the breakfast be served?

This is a decent hotel. It is located in an area where there are very interesting cafes and restaurants. Nearby, there is a big restaurant in which you can select sea food and they prepare.

I had a friend who are quarantine at your hotel and I want to send some food for him. When I arrived at the entrance, I try to ask the guard how to send the food and suddenly the guard reply to me with rudely and ask with high tone which room my friend stay and ask me just left the food there. No proper procedure. It so unprofessional and rude. I want to snap photo of the food also ask me faster snap. Rushing me for what. You thing I want stay there longer? No point to stay. I know I cannot go up and need to left the food to person in charge. But the way he talk and treat me very rude. I very disappointed with that kind attituded. I hope your side take necessary action. It happen on 08/12/21 at 3.30pm.
