SERVICE Unfortunately I can't give 5 stars, they seems not work well estimating time of delivery, its frustrating when your order took twice the tIme expected, and there is a huge lack of communication. STAFF Good service and very nice staff David is extremely polite he will treat you really well. PRICE The price is fair, same as you find in the high street jewellery stores in Richmond, and David seems pretty flexible to make a deal, so make sure to discuss with him your budget. WORK The work are fabulous, I love it my ring please see the pictures attached, the engraving could be a bit better but cost me £15 and is a third party service. so basically you pay for what you get WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN? I'm not sure if I will buy it again afraid about the delivery time.

Colin has recently re-set my beloved engagement ring, when the central stone became loose and fell out. He has done the most incredible job, over and beyond and I am overjoyed with the new setting, it is better than when my husband first gave me the ring 19 years ago. I can highly recommend David's they are friendly, very helpful and excellent at what they do and their prices are very competitive.

So disappointed by the service I received. I lost the back of a diamond earring and as they were screw backs I had to take them to a jeweller. I was told they'd have to replace the shafts on both - no problem. However, what happened next was not ok. Apparently the entire 'setting' fell apart while being repaired - so instead of calling me to tell me they took it upon themselves to re-set the earrings. I HATE the new setting - the screws don't work properly, the new shafts are so long they scrape my neck and the screws don't go far enough along the shaft so the earrings don't sit flat. If they had just called me - I could have either agreed a setting or collected the earrings to get someone else to set them in a way that I'd be happy with. Instead, I got no level of understanding and was presented with a very large bill just to be able to take my earrings away. I appreciate that these are first world problems - but these were a 40th birthday present from my husband and I used to wear them everyday. Now I can't bear to look at them.
