We joined in June as a get back in shape push and now we go at least 4 times a week, our 3 year old go's to around 3 classes a week from football to dance. I highly recommend this gym plenty of space when working out and between Pete Garland with his spin classes and Ffion Williams with her boot camp I'm on my way to getting back in shape.
