It was really good to get back to the club again after so long away. Everything looked fantastic and very Covid aware. I had a brilliant swim and will be back tomorrow 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent gym and pools. Friendly staff. Could be a little more welcoming to guests, perhaps include a towel?

Do not cater very well for disabled people that are on benefits and cannot work prices far too high I'm really not let you have your money taken out the bank on the date you want I think this is very unfair

Found it impossible to play tennis with the level of noise from the body pump class. We could not hear calls or interact verbally with each other so we had to stop playing. Please can the microphone be turned down. I know we have to compromise at present but that works both ways!!!! we don't go into the studios and gym and start banging balls around. I the noise levels were tested you would find it healthy for ears

Worst Jacuzzi ever. Shuts off on a timer ruining the enjoyment and wrecking the relaxation. Good points for effort but sadly this branch is seriously in need of upgrades and a full time maintenance electrician and repair team. The heating systems are woefully out of date and need upgrades and improvements but out of six boilers at least they've fixed two. Progress there at last. Needs work.

Been a member over 3 years and have just left.........the customer service I have recieved from them has been disgusting. DL you should be ashamed of yourself. This is without a doubt the worst company I have dealt with. A vile club you have been warned.

Excellent facilities and equipment, the changing rooms were a bit crowded on my visit, though it was after 5 on a weekday. Might not be as bad at other times.

Great club with indoor and outdoor pools, friendly staff with excellent opening hrs to suit most peoples needs. The Gym is well equipped and never over filled.
