Good gym with great equipment and facilities. The changing rooms were clean and well looked after. The pool was also nice although it was busy when we went which made it difficult to swim lengths.. 👌

+s Could be an amazing gym, facilities are great and that's the reason I stay. Staff are generally great. -s What I begrudge is that I am paying premium money for in my opinion and many others a poorly maintained club. At the very least fill the shower gel containers, clean the floors more regularly and the toilets are a disgrace at the moment. How often are they cleaned? The wait on food is too long too. The David Loyds I visit in outer London are soo much better maintained.

Although no ones fault because of the pandemic 50% of the total gym is out of action but I have heard of no offer to reduce fees accordingly !! Lovely facilities, friendly staff, however first class money for second class service. These comments are for before the pandemic but no doubt will not change after. A few of my continued and frequent gripes are :- Chef off, so no meals, ran out of stock snacks, not enough staff on reception, no one answers the phone, long queues and waiting times for food, skeleton gym staff and so on and so on. To me they are trying to run a premium gym on a shoestring. The facilities there are the only reason I stay although most of the time begrudgingly

Lovely facilities, plenty of room, nice big pool, clean changing rooms. Food services could have been a bit faster, though.
