Great place !! Went to an appointment with The Physio Lounge and I cant speak highly enough of the level of service I received. Very good all round from start to finish. Highly reccommend this company.

Very organised, as safe as it possibly can be, most people clean down the machines after they use them. There is plenty of spray and paper towels to clean prior to use and after use. Staff are competent and friendly.

Love it !... There all the time , would be better with a sea salt pool like Warrington ... Or the heated beds like in Ellesmere port ... But it's sufficient

I would have liked someone to show us how to use the equipment and what each machine is used for

Paul is very welcoming and helpful every visit, bar staff also help even hairdressers that help out in bar area with meals

Just joined as my old gym was getting a bit run down. Bit expensive but you get what you pay for. High end leisure centre.

It's always busy, you'd think with the amount you pay they would have more machines in the gym or bigger pools. Feel like you're constantly on top of everyone

Went today and had forgotten my towel and sign in card. Never done this before. Signed in by reception fine. But then they wouldn’t lend me a towel as I didn’t have £2 to pay with no cards. Pay them over £70 a month and they want £2 for a towel!! Was turned away. Poor service. I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on. Gym is looking old and tired too.

Facilities ok but no soap in dispensers in showers and towel bin in gents overflowing. Squash courts fine. Gym, some items need repair, surprising for a high-end gym.
