A very disorganized establishment runned by inexperienced middle managers. After 2 years of DL, unfortunately we had to leave. The new management is clueless. Staff pushing us out 15minutes before closing time. Their excuses "we want to go home early" (I was shocked to hear that, after telling them we spend 2k a year to be there.

Me and my mother assigned ourself the 3 month membership we used the gym for 1 and half months. Even before we started the membership we said that after the 3 months is over that’s it we will not be using the gym. But they forced us to pay £160 upfront if not they will take the situation further. Since my mother is in a financial situation and we said it to them they didn’t care a bit just greedy for the money. We didn’t use the gym for other 1 and half months just thieves. They didn’t care one bit.

This is the best gym I've been to by some way. The facilities are excellent and the outdoor pool feels like being on holiday when it's warm and sunny. The cafe does great food and there's a good soft play area with another cafe that's great if you have kids. Definitely possible to spend hours here! It is very pricey, but you do get what you pay for.
