My family & I joined just last week and we have used the club every day since then. From the resort quality pools, to the tennis courts which as a novice tennis player I've found incredibly welcoming. Everything has been fantastic and we look forward to the restrictions easing further so that more family and social events can take place over the summer. Esmail the tennis coach is fab & the whole club is wonderfully clean, lovely, friendly service and a superb range of classes for adults and kids alike. Thanks to the whole team at the club.

First time member and I was totally surprised how big and how clean it was. The staff were fantastic. Government laws was very clearly laid out and understood. All the different areas were amazing. Yes I will be going back.

Place is really becoming run down. Air conditioning not working. Indoor pool was closed the other day due to issues with the cleanliness. Changing rooms have loads of broken lockers, broken tiles. Changing areas especially from the pool into the Changing room is really dirty along with the shower area. Basketball court over grown and can't play. Email sent 2 months ago and no response. For the money it is really bad and not worth the money.

3/ 5

Difficult to review at the moment due to still being some restrictions in place. Facilities are good but since joining over three years ago we have seen standards gradually fall. The club room hours are limited, often closing early. I can't remember the last time we could have a drink and food from the bar after a workout, and we can't get therecearly due to work. Before covid staff shortage was a regular excuse and the same reason was quoted today. If there was an alternative club locally we'd move our membership, and may yet cancel it. If you are new and not able to compare the club to what it was, your view maybe different but rising fees and dropping standards are, in my opinion, a problem over time.
