A great gym with great facilities for the whole family, staff are brilliant too. Was a member before and then left but quickly came back as nowhere else was as good. Would definitely recommend

So far an excellent experience, always spotlessly clean, friendly staff and other gym members are very welcoming. Having only just joined still have lots to try it but enjoying pushing myself at the minute. 👍🏻

I feel that a public review is needed based on what I feel is the serious decline in this premium gym. Pros - Lovely staff, decent gym with a wide range of equipment. Cons - Pool seems to have lost nearly a foot in depth and is cold. The outdoor spa only reaches your waist and is also barely warm. The temperature issue has been around for the whole of Covid and still not fixed! The swimming area is badly in need of repair, cracked or missing tiles, rotten/ broken decking outside in what is a very small area anyway. The price is high considering problems that are not Covid related. The price a friend of mine was quoted is WAY WAY higher than the nearly £80 currently I pay per month which is already a laughable amount. It feels like a Mickey take honestly and I'm struggling to get that relaxed feeling you would normally get after visiting a premium site. The problems are the top topic of conversation between members, the disquiet is fairly palpable. Things need to change. It's a simple as that and we need to start getting our money's worth. Such a shame.

I just wanted to say how lovely Paula is on reception. She is always friendly & cheerful & very helpful. She & manager Dan helped sort out my free referral gift the other day. She also helped work out my gym payment pro rata. She is great asset to your team.
