I wouldn't recommned anyone joins this Gym, car parking limited to 3 hours, you get a £60 fine if you over stay you parking times! Although they encourage you to work from there and buy food & Drink as well as train. Also will not let you read the papers without handing your membership card over. Totally gone down hill, too many stupid rules, especially when you pay £135 per month!

perhaps one of the most underwhelming David Lloyd's i have ever been too the pool is bizarrely situated in the middle of the gym as in you can literally see people on push bikes whilst trying to relax Jacuzzi was stone cold , steam room smelt like an old mans dirty sock draw , sauna was nowhere near hot enough changing rooms are cramped like something you would find in a council leisure centre bar/ cafe area is large but screens are pretty small , they did have a projector for sports although quality on it was poor overall club is in need of a major revamp interior looked absolutely battered

Want a gym to cost well over double than any other local gyms for the EXACT same equipment? Fancy a gym with holes in the walls? Fancy a pool what hasn't been renovated for several years? This is the gym for you! Just because you stick your logo on it does not mean you are automatically at your 'standard's you discuss so frequently. I played badminton here with my friends once , the raquets strings had the tension of cooked spaghetti. Either go to Westbury, or hengrove (significantly better pool and has a climbing wall)

We joined during covid and all the gym equipment was spaced out into a separate tennis court, so there was a descent amount of space to feel comfortable and safe. We went back this weekend and they have crammed all the kit into a much smaller area! Felt crammed, uncomfortable and frankly unsafe with the omnicron spread. Also a lack of disinfectant spray for kit to be washed down. Would suggest they go back to spreading out the gym kit into a larger surface area going forward, particularly with the cost of the membership- there’s more space at pure gym!

AWFUL COMPANY Had a day pass as was thinking of joining the gym. What they don’t tell you (unless you go hunting for signs on a wall) is you can only park their for 3 hours . Currently have a fine that keeps going up . Currently at £170 for my trial day pass. David Lloyd gave me a code to get my fine removed but that is better said than done. The parking company don’t reply , keep telling me to wait another 28 days , yet they have already sold the debt on and currently getting hassled by debt collection team. Awful service for a premium gym.

I visited the David Lloyd Centre today as a guest for tennis. Its huge. Many tennis courts, some squash courts(don't know how many) huge gym with every imaginable torture machine going, lots of staff, lots of people, a large cafe, leisure area and so on. Love the indoor tennis courts, hate working out, but for those who do, this seems to be the place to be. Frightfully swish but friendly.

Nice gym with a soft play and play area for little ones. Good coffee and restaurant area and the new business hub is a welcome addition. The staff are friendly and I'm happy with my membership here. Would be 5 stars but a lot of customers do not seem to wear masks.
