Awesome gym. Great pools. Clean. Friendly staff. Decent equipment. And I can't rave enough about the Spa. Looking forward to after COVID when the 3 person limit is lifted in each sauna.

Customer service is shocking. Call member enquiries line, no response whatsoever. Call the new membership line, answered straight away. Emailed, called multiple times, they don't even bother replying. Complaint put into head office and membership cancelled. Also the club is small and they've cut the opening hours, i asked why and they said due to 'government guidelines' which is a complete lie, its just to save them paying staff for more hours.

The class instructors are amazing. Very motivational. Spa and pool are great. Changing rooms and surrounding land a bit too small. Overall pricey but well worth it.

Suddenly David Lloyd are open, and we were looking forward to returning, and honour our reinstatement after they suggested we freeze our membership due to Covid, until they can reopen...great service we thought! However, we have since received aggressive phone calls, emails and a debt collection letter demanding us to pay £1600 fees for the period during lockdown and with no attempt to welcome us back... absolutely shocking lack of customer service and under valuing us as members! They are not even communicating with us to discuss, and just demands to pay up before we can return! Has any other member been asked to pay their membership for the lockdown period?

Staff are always friendly. Great pool facilities usually availability. Both in door and out door. (I joined because of the pools they have) Spa can get very busy. however I do not think it’s worth £230 a month for a couple.

Love the place. Have only just signed up but friendly staff and they know most people's names and always up for chat. The kids love the extra activities they can do. This gym may not be for everyone, but after using the other gyms, this one is definitely for me and the family.

Vastly overpriced. Goodwill passes for cancelled (paid for) kids classes which I cant use now they've decided that throughout January for example, guest access is limited. One rule after another. Dirty facilities, expensive food. Now too many members and nowhere to park. Spa facilities are poor...meditation room where you can hear EVERYTHING in the pool next door and none of the fuctionality advertised on the plaque outside the room. Can't get through on the phone unless you choose the new membership 'sales' office. Not what I expect for the £150 per month price tag! My membership was great at first but rapidly went downhill. Won't be renewing. Be aware, if you try to cancel AFTER the end of your 1 year contract, you have to give THREE months notice

Great gym, can always get on equipment. Great facilities, friendly staff. It may not be for everyone this type of gym and the price but I highly recommend it.

An expensive gym that recently has turned more into an after school club. I have been a member for 18 months and the club has become harder and harder to use. Car park is almost always full, waiting for machines or benches has become the normal and there are young children everywhere all the time. Even in the adult only section in the changing rooms children are always running around. Not enough free weights and only 8 benches. They need to decide who it's catered for and stick to it. You can't charge premium membership and lower your level of service to what it is at the moment. Seriously considering my membership and saving the £130 odd I pay at the moment.
