Went to get a chain link re-attached.They said it had to be sent away and soldered at £27? Last couple of times they did it in 5 mins, with the right tools and no solder.I got my son to do it, with the wrong tools, took 10 mins.Think it fell in the can't be bothered box. I won't bother them again, suggest you don't either. Very poor.

They lost my engagement ring when I sent it off to be replated! To the reply- misplaced is a nicer word of saying you lost it! Yes you eventually gave me a ring I was happy but had 3 months of hassle and upset and awful customer service! My partner proposed to me with the ring you lost and it was a very sentimental piece of jewellery for me which I will never get back which still upsets me now!
