Had dmt for legal aid i receieved poor advice in custody from one solicitor and the solicitor in court provided zero defence. Help was offered begrudgingly and staff were often rude. In court i had to advise my solicitor the charges were nonsense, if it was not for this the sentence would have been much more harsh and could potentially have been a lomg jail sentence. He ignored all the evidence i brought and just wanted me in and out of court as fast as possible l. Only when i asked to contest the decision, and my solicitor realised hed been lazy at best, did he make any efforts to make amicable contact with me. If you get dmt in police custody keep your mouth shut and PAY FOR YOUR OWN REPRESENTATION
