This hotel has been taken over by the government for housing asylum immigrants. Such people must be desperate. I took shirts in good condition and Hope magazine from Good News for Everyone (Formally Gideons Uk) Serco are administering the hotel. God bless them and thank you that there is still compassion in the world.

Stayed here in September while visiting family in Runcorn. The room i was given was on the lower floor. Immediately after entering the room i was could smell damp and after putting the light on i found it was full of spiders. Dead ones all over the window sill and live ones where ever i looked. Immediately went back to reception and they kindly moved me to another room. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and i was so disappointed to see how dirty and unkempt it was

I had a room booked at this hotel for over 1 year for 28th August 2021. It was so i could attend Creamfields. I have today 13th July 2021 received an email from the hotel telling me they will not honour my booking as they have decided to accept a block booking. What they actually mean is they have cancelled all reservations in order to give them to creamfields for the artists. Absolutely diabolical disgusting behaviour with no consideration for customers
