I believe it is the worst haircut I have gotten in almost 6 years. It is simply unfinished with my fade being uneven on both sides and not blending in with the rest of the haircut as needed. The worst part is a "pony tail" that I am now a very proud owner of, because my barber forgot to cut the hair on the back of my head evenly on both sides. Before leaving I asked him to correct my fade 2 times, and he failed twice. I saw that there was a client waiting and he was in a hurry, so I asked if I could come back later to correct it, and got a positive answer. I was really disappointed, as I came in on Monday and my bday was on Thursday, but I hoped that they would be eager to correct that mess. I was wrong.
Just to be on the safe side I called the barbershop and asked if I could come back to have my haircut finished. But his colleague replied that my barber had no availability until Saturday and before that he won't waste his time to do it himself. He also added that I should have said something while I was still there and gave me his managers number (superb customer service). I probably should have, but I got a bit desperate after seeing my barber fail to do a proper fade 2 times in a row. Also, it seems like they don't have 15 minutes to correct the atrocity on my head, but me waiting before my appointment for exactly the same amount of time for my barber to finish his lunch is perfectly fine :) I definitely have no intention to call their manager, as I would not let them near my hair ever again.
What a joke, avoid at all costs
P.S. Good chat though, but should probably focus on doing your job properly
