My husband and I bought both my engagement ring and our wedding rings here and were impressed by their products and quality of service from the moment we entered the shop on our first visit. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly, patient or helpful. All our rings were ready and delivered quickly and in immaculate condition and my engagement ring was even cleaned for me prior to our wedding. We highly recommend Daniel Henderson Jewellers.

I ordered a ring online from this company based on their great reviews they have, I have had nothing but poor and slow customer service so far. I am currently in dispute about a refund on a ring that has been crafted so poorly, that doesn't fit or match the image / lack of description on the website see images attached) as its classed as a "made to order ring". Review Update 08/03/2019: Following the reply from the owner, it has now been over a week and the only correspondence i have received from Daniel Henderson Jewellers is that they have received my ring back, which was last Friday at 17:22, but the ring was signed for at 12:38pm. I have followed up twice this week on an update and I haven't even received a courtesy email to acknowledge my follow ups. I have even tried to get in contact via their live chat messenger (see attached images) and this company talks about taking customer service seriously?! Very very poor service. I'm now out of pocket, without the item and without an update. Further Review Update 13/03/2019: After ringing Daniel Henderson Jewellers yesterday, a very helpful gentleman asked for my details and told me he would ring me back in an hour, he rung back 30 minutes later with an update. He explained that the manufacturers are still investigating the ring and will be sure to get back to me by the end of the day. I did ring back at 4:30pm t make sure this hadn't been forgotten and he reassured me that he hadn't and there was no update at this time. 8pm and i get a whats app message from them confirming the ring will be refunded. I have updated my score based on the last part of my experience with this jeweller. Although i still had to initially ring up and chase following my emails and live chat messages i still had no reply to, the gentleman who dealt with my query over the phone was very helpful and efficient.

My fiancé and I stumbled across Daniel’s shop a couple of days after he proposed on our trip to Scotland. I’m so glad I did! We walked in looking for a sapphire engagement ring to see Daniel working away at his desk. He showed me a ring he was happy to change to a sapphire; but as soon as I saw it I fell in love and couldn’t see it any other way. I stupidly left it and returned to London; but could not find a ring that suited me or was as unique as his design. Since then, his customer service has been second to none. I requested a photo of the ring I tried with a wedding band to see how it sat and Daniel instantly sent a video. Ordering over the phone was a breeze. I even commented on an Instagram picture and he worked out who I was and dm’d me an update of my order! This really summed up my experience of buying from Daniel and his team - I wasn’t just another nameless customer. It was a very special service for a very special part of my life. Thank you again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience of choosing an engagement ring here. The rings are beautifully designed and made, and Daniel made the whole process very relaxed and easy. We were on a holiday from Australia when we got engaged, planning to find rings together when we returned, but we found his shop and fell in love with the rings. With just a week’s time before we flew out Daniel ensured the rings were ready for us to end our holiday with. As a lesbian couple we were a little apprehensive about going into a jewellers, but there was no awkwardness or judgements from him and we felt very comfortable throughout. He is obviously very talented, he knows his diamonds, and he is happy to talk you through all of it. We would definitely highly recommend him to anyone!

The rings were great and pre sale service was excellent. It was heavily implied that resizing was included. "If you have any problems or they don't fit right just bring them back and have them resized. Take it today and we can resize later if needed" I did take them back in fro resizing and they were all ready to go and I thought to ask just to be sure, "this is included right as we agreed." No. It's £40. This has never been mentioned even during the conversation about resizing so I don't know what I would have been charged if I hadn't asked. So not what I thought was happening but 40 seems ok. 40 total right? Nope. Per ring. I'll leave it. I'll get someone else to do this. So yeah happy with presale and the rings are great but this felt dishonest to me and as a result I'd advise against using this place.

I initially called Daniel to make an appointment to view Engagement rings and we arranged to go into the shop the following day. I said briefly what ring ideas I liked on the phone. Then, boom 💥 the first ring that I was shown I fell in love with it. So happy and pleased that it was everything I wanted. Would definitely recommend Daniel Henderson, really excellent service. We will be going back for our wedding rings.

Daniel (good name), was a delight to deal with and made my life so easy. It helps when his offerings are of the highest quality and aesthetic. Therefore for myself finding an engagement ring it made the process very easy, my fiancee adores the ring and I now get complimented all the time on my choice. Wins all around. Look forward to getting our wedding bands from Daniel.

My Husband and I have been coming to Daniel for the past 4 years. Daniel is a skilled individual who makes your experience very personal. My Husband first approached Daniel back in 2017 to design my oval halo engagement ring. It’s a beauty!! Since then, I have recommended Daniel to my a family member for resizing a sapphire diamond ring. A fabulous job! Daniel managed to fix my Husbands broken wedding band. We also had this engraved - lovely work! Daniel is very competitive and trustworthy and I would 100% recommend him to our friends and family! Sorry for the long overdue review, this should have been done last year. 😀👍🏼
