Disgusting experience. Dr Patterson was an hour late for my appointment even though I was the only person sat in the surgery at the time. No explanation or apology given as to why this was. When I finally got seen I was told yes that I was sick and a throat infection... I'd already had this for 3 weeks as it took me that long to get an appointment. Dr Patterson then continued to tell me that I was a fit and healthy, talking over me whilst trying to tell about her my issue, being patronising, rude and argumentative and announcing to me that I am just angry that I have had to wait for so long and that she won't be giving me antibiotics for my throat infection and that I was to come back 3 weeks later, at which point I had to demand antibiotics from her and explain my own medical training to her and my level of understanding for the use of antibiotics. This is outrageous behaviour by a so-called medical professional whom has taken a Hippocratic oath! Perhaps she has forgotten it? I got up and left as this is disgusting, I went straight to reception to ask for a complaints form. Again I had to wait another 15 mins whilst the receptionist walked around the office only to be told that they don't have any as they have never been asked for one before and the practice manager is off. Beyond words at the treatment at this surgery and its levels of best practice.

Dr Patterson is amazing. She's the only doctor I could be truly honest with and she listened to me.

Dr Patterson is amazing. She's the only doctor I could be truly honest with and she listened to me. She is not patronising at all, I don't know why someone said that in a review. I also like McGrory because he doesn't make me feel uncomfortable and is honest, and Dr Cooper is also wonderful and very empathetic.

Can't say I've ever really had a bad experience here, when I've had concerns they've been dealt with properly. Always first rate treatment from staff across the board.

Receptionists are desperate to know what your appointment is about on the phone but when you arrive for an appointment they don't really want to deal with you! I also think my dr is a bit slow in her approach. This place is nhs at it's best!
