5/ 5

Thoroughly recommended - I'm glowing from my tootsie-tips to my happy head! My shoulders feel 6 inches lower than before today's massage and I'm walking as tall as I can for only being five foot two inches. I also REALLY benefited from the simple and easy exercises suggested last time to ease pain from a slip injury ... a bonus for me from Dana's professional medical training. This is a super deep massage that holistically deals with the body, mind and overall wellness. I can't wait for the next session!

5/ 5

I have been going to Dana for the past year. Initially I was in for massage therapy to treat a sore knee which was successfully treated within 3-4 sessions. During the sessions I talked to Dana about my upcoming running events and how much I enjoy running and staying physically active through that discussion we came up with an on going maintenance programme to maintain performance and treat any niggles before they become any worse. I was a little sceptical at first ,however I feel the on going maintenance has improved my physical ability and has also made me more aware of my body and touch wood I have remained injury free throughout. Dana herself Is a friendly and happy person, with a wealth of knowledge and often provides me with advice on maintenance exercises and nutrition.
