Me and my mum came in for a check up from Isria and Yahye. We received excellent service with amazing feedback, we know what to do in between our next treatment and in general have come away with more confidence in our teeth. Very friendly and helpful they made us feel completely comfortable. The most friendly dentist we have ever come across.

Fantastic dental surgery. All treatment options explained and discussed at length, in a clear, concise way prior to starting treatment. First class service all the way through from receptionists to hygienist to Dr Brogan who carried out the extensive treatment. I would and have recommended this surgery without hesitation. I have been to a lot of local dentists over the years but Damira Bury Knowle is by far the best. Caring, clean and competitively priced.

The front staff did not appear to know the appointment system. After having checked in, I had to wait 30 minutes, before I inquired as to the reason for the wait! Even after my inquiry, the receptionist did not appear to know what she was doing! Upon a visual exam, without an X-Ray, the dentist noticed a small chip in one of my teeth. The dentist did NOT offer a remedy! Upon my insistence, the dentist filled the chipped tooth! For a 5 minute visual exam (without an X-Ray), and a repair of a small chip, the Damira Bury Knowle Dental Practice charged me £160!!! WITHOUT A DOUT the most expensive dental practice that I have ever visited!

My three daughters wait for theirs next appointment 6 months, I've organised day off specially to go with them but day before got a call we need to rearrange appointment. That ridicules. I do not recommend.

The team at Demira Bury Knowle Dental Practice have been absolutely amazing. I needed to go in for an emergency dental appointment. They managed to fit me in that day which was such a relief. Everyone I have spoken to has been so good at explaining what’s going on, any options I have, and agreeing the best possible approach for me. It feels really personal and caring. The Dentist I saw (Dr Heath) was fantastic. She talked me through my options and worked with me to decide what was right for me. My care was excellent and pain free. Very happy!

I’ve been a client since of Dr.Brown for over eighteen months now, the whole practice from my experiences have been wholly professional from check in to departure and with my appointments being both smooth and relaxing, I’m both happy and relaxed knowing that an indifferent process is carried out in consummately professional manner. The communication is also outstanding and updates are both sent and received in several formats well within timescales to allow adaptation of individual professional circumstances. So dissapointed! I have been booked in for a review appointment of 20 minutes and just because I arrived 9 minutes late due to bad traffic the receptionist has offered me to reschedule my appointment. Clearly this practice is not willing to be flexible and build a good relationship with their customers. At the end of the day the customers are the ones who pay. I guess there will be another dental practise that will appreciate and value me as a customer.
