Super helpful staff and friendly. I needed actual help from them and they spent some time with me to ensure that all the paperwork was filled correctly and my documents would get to the recipient safely. I greatly appreciate the help they provided me today.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! PROFIT HUNGRY FRANCHISE RUN BUSINESS!!! I had to send a large, valuable parcel to England, i sent it by Royal Mail Special recorded delivery, that cost a small fortune, and the staff member that dealt with me never suggested that i send it by Parcelforce, which is also available at this post office, and which would have cost considerably less!!! As a post office franchise, they make more money by promoting Royal Mail postal services. This post office is run as a franchise, and quite obviously puts its profits before helpful, honest customer service. I will not be using this post office in the future.

Forever being ripped off in this Post Office by Sub-post Master Behrooz. Large letters become small parcels without even attempting to put through their measuring gauge, proof of postage isn't even attempted (and some vague excuse about needing to buy "tracked and signed" to get proof of postage, which must be an exclusive to Dalry as no other Post Office has even given me such nonsense), unfriendly and uncooperative if you try and get him to rectify his mistakes. I've been going to Dundee Street Post Office for months to deliberately avoid the Sub-post Master in Dalry which is a shame as all the women who worked there were always very friendly and helpful. Avoid this place like it's an invitation for your kids to be on Jim'll Fix It.
