Have always found staff helpful. Especially appreciate follow up by salesman, Stewart Jennings, and Elliottt's patience on the Service desk. Three times now he has happily helped me through the technicalities of connecting my phone to the media system! Skoda seem to offer a different experience.

Our Skoda Octavia is back for its usual service and MOT .Its a 2 hour drive but we keep taking it back to where we picked it up from brand new 10 years ago . It has never let us down and it’s done 118,000 miles with a van on the back sometimes ! We know it will be done correctly with Skoda parts and know we won’t be ripped off and the coffee is good too ! Our Skoda Octavia 1.9 will have to go at some point as she’s not getting younger but she’s so well built and cared for by Skoda Keith and my husband also called keith ! , but we will see what they say Thursday !
