You have asked for more details of my 3 star rating. I agreed a 38k deal, but received no confirmation other than an email containing GDPR and other irrelevant financial services disclaimers. Rather than being readily supplied I had to contact your sales person to get a basic confirmation of the order, which was inadequate. I then had to make a further telephone call followed up by an email to request confirmation that the specification that I specified be honoured. In response He sent me a copy of the Ford brochure! I still have no written confirmation that the car will be as ordered Why should I have to chase you for fundamental paperwork?
