Had a very nice experience ordering my books and they got delivered in time. One of two books I ordered was out of stock and I was informed it would take up to 4 weeks for it to be restocked. By the end of the 4 weeks I asked about my order via E-Mail and got a kind response as well as the information that they would be delivered to me in 8-10 working days. A straight week later the books were successfully delivered. Thank you very much!

I don´t know about their bricks & mortar bookshop, but their online store is run by the most incompetent person in the publishing industry. It took him three months and dozens of reminders to deliver the wrong items. If you want to wreck your nerves, order here, you won´t be disappointed. If you´re looking for a reliable supplier better order directly in HK or Singapore.

Ordered a book from their online store that was supposed to be in stock (it said on the website that it was in stock). Later they emailed me and told me they did not have it in stock. Have waited for more than a month without receiving it.
