Cygnet offered me employment from a 4 year part time job to only get scrutinised with no formal disc

1/ 5

Cygnet offered me employment from a 4 year part time job to only get scrutinised with no formal disciplinary process followed and no evidence to back up what they accused me of. They put me through hell and back, a very inproffesional company with a manager younger than myself whose conduct is way below standards. I'm so glad that i got a better place and am now settled... anyone who is looking at this run while you can. Because you may be the next one to end up been accused wrongfully. I hope cqc shut you down for gòod!!!
