Laura helped us buy a microwave. She was polite, let us know that she couldn't help us right away but she was coming when she could. She was quick, informative, friendly and even carried the microwave over to the till for us. Great customer service. Brilliant at her job

This one is so much better than the one we visited yesterday. Helpful staff and they had stock so very happy. Was in and out quickly. Will be using the Bath store for any other goods in need.

Shop was great....just the hard sale tactics made me leave....I only wanted a wifi dongle....and was pushed to broadband I cant use ...or a new phone contract!!! Which I dont need ....the lady obviously just wants sales without actually LISTENING to the customer....so sorry 3 star
