Lovely wooded park, with lots of plants and trees. Very few people walk here and it's lovely for off lead dog walks.

Could be a lot better if somebody from the council would tidy it up a bit. Bin getting tipped over rubbish every where and broken glass all over the paths. It's a shame could be a great park.

5/ 5

Unspoiled open country park just within the bypass measuring around 13 acres. Main path is wheelchair accessible; tarmac with and step-free right through the park. More "rustic" path also available round the perimeter of the park for the more adventurous. Lush greenery and fantastic walks; you'd never believe it was there.

I walk the dog here often, nothing special, just a wooded area incorrectly named as Curriemuirend Park, I've known it my whole life as the 'Clovie Venchy' and its the only location I've ever broke a bone in my life.. 👍 I got my foot stuck going down the chute that used to be there, but someones clearly nicked that, along with the roundabout I drank a whole bottle of aftershock on once, and the spiders web my best pal fell off and landed on his head... 🙄 Maybe it was removed for health and safety reasons but whatever eh.. today I seen a photoshoot of a lovely couple, no kids, no dog, just the 2 of them and a photographer, which I felt was an odd location for lasting memories but then I guess I just told you all a few of my own so fair enough.. ... maybe it should be renamed the 'Clovie Memorial Park'
