I've been with Cullen for two years, and they have provided a stellar service and a very pleasant first tenancy experience. Any issues reported are dealt with very promptly, and maintenance staff are long-standing, familiar and friendly. Their communication with tenants is regular and professional so you always feel in the loop. In the months leading up to moving out, we were provided a comprehensive checklist which broke the checkout process into manageable steps and made things a lot easier. The checkout appointment itself was very pleasant. Mandy, who has been our ongoing liaison, is lovely and has made our experience moving out very positive and virtually stress-free. Would recommend Cullen to anyone looking for a new flat!

I was a landlord with Cullens for nearly 14 years. They helped find a flat for my daughter (which she and I managed). Then they helped me find a flat for investment. They than took on all the management - tenants, maintenance, etc. We have just sold for other circumstantial reasons. Again they were instrumental in the sale. They were consistently helpful, friendly, ready with advice and assistance in many ways. Always competent, I don't recall anything going wrong at all.

I would recommend Cullen to those who doubt about letting agencies. They are very professional. I had rented their property and stayed for 6 years and didn’t had any single bad experience. What I liked about them is that they are very quick to fix things , conduct periodic reviews of the property including white goods and most importantly they are friendly. We were tenants at Cullen Property for 3 years and they have been faultless. Cullen provided fast, friendly communications and their reporting and repair process was both easy to use and ensured very quick fixes - typically repaired within a day or so. They were considerably better than the other property management companies my friends dealt with (they were very jealous!). All employees were very friendly and willing to help - could not recommend Cullen Properties more highly!
