Cubitt & West Estate Agents – Southwick brighton

I had previously instructed Purple Bricks and after 28 viewings with not a single offer I decided to change Agents. I went with Cubitt & West as they showed an ability to sell and understand what was required to sell my home in the current market. I have sold my house with them after just 7 viewings and only 1 day post going live! I originally went for the the agent with whom I felt I had a good connection and learnt that is not the important factor when looking for someone to sell your home, especially in a challenging market. Cubitt & West have been proactive from the start, the communication has been proactive and regular. I have been kept up to date with every small detail. I honestly couldn't fault their customer service and their ability to sell and understanding of the housing market.
