Sophie really took the time to understand what we were looking for, and once we found the right place the team was in constant contact. Toby dealt with our mortgage application in house, making it completely painless, and Dylan was great in making sure we were informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend based on my experience.

The team at Lewes Road were professional and thorough from day one. It's a tough market right now and they worked hard on my sale. Sophie White runs a tight ship and puts the extra effort in. I used Ben Waeland for my mortgage application. He was so helpful in establishing the right mortgage for my needs. Clear, knowledgeable and concise.

Recently rented our property using Cubitt & West Brighton. Sam, the lettings manager, was super friendly and helpful. The marketing material was a far higher standard than any of the competitors. The property went on the market within a couple of hours of Sam's visit and was let on the first day of viewings. Sam kept us up to date throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions that we had. Can't recommend the service highly enough!
