CSM Doors liverpool

After reading previous reviews we were unsure. But decided to give them a chance. And that chance paid off as I could not fault them in any way. The service from start to finish was fantastic and the way that the doors fit is absolutely brilliant and a great idea. Could not fault in any way great customer service; would highly recommend.

I won't go into much of the details. Just look at the other lengthy reviews and it's every problem other people have had. Paid in full, then after a 10-week chase during which I was mostly ignored (voicemails every day with no response etc.), then told they had ordered the wrong doors. I then cancelled the whole order. It's a week later now and he won't refund my credit card - although he said last week he'd do so immediately - has asked for my bank details, which I have refused to provide, because god knows what he'd do with them. I don't know if they are incompetent or actually criminal to get your money, but this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. You will not get your doors, you will get swindled or frustrated or both.

Excellent experience from start to finish, a little worried from reading previous reviews, but I took a gamble and it paid off. I would highly recommend this company and use them again in the future.

One word: Incompetent. Ordered 3 doors beginning of March, all which, according to the online shop, in stock. I didn't receive any doors for a couple of weeks so I chased. After many unanswered emails and phone calls eventually I was told the doors were out of stock and would be back in stock May. Now May has arrived no doors or updates from CSM, despite the online shop now showing all doors back in stock. I've cancelled my order now as I couldn't get in touch with anyone again at this company. Extremely poor and will definitely not use again

This company are just charlatans taking your money! I paid £275 for a door (plus £30 delivery!) which never turned up. I doubt they ever had the door in stock. Customer service calls go through to a man in a van - literally - who pretends he is writing your details down. After several emails asking for a refund and no reply I will have to contact my credit card for a chargeback. Very unhappy. Please don’t buy from them and use a reputable company instead.

Gone Bust. Shocking company, lied about marks on the glass that was in the doors they fitted. Told me they were to 'indicate toughened glass', but the glass was flawed. Failed to replace them, offered £25 off per door. Will try and get money back through a court claim. The Company Secretary details were changed 6 September. Hopefully they won't set up again. Michael Caig....watch out for the name. DG and Natalie H....file a county court claim, they have effectively stolen your money.

2 appointments for door fitting missed. Cannot get hold of them via email, phone or website. They have my £1k deposit from June and I have no doors! Have they ceased trading?? If not - DO NOT USE

From start to finish CSM gave a Quality Service in supplyiing our new doors. We were looking for double doors and a matching single door. We visited the local show room and Michelle explained the products and helped us decide on the style we wanted, The next stage was important when Mike visited us with his magic box. This electronic device accurately measures the size and shape of the door(s) required. This enabled each individual door to be cut on a jig in the factory before delivery. This makes the fitting easy with very little dust and mess. Finally the young joiner Dan arrived and fitted the doors perfectly. Congratulations to the CSM team for an excellent product and service.

Highly knowledgeable excellent friendly professional service

Is this company even still operating??? Tried calling and email and get no reply!!! They took have of the cost of a job from my elderly relative months ago and have not been in contact since. Its now making her really ill with stress as she thinks they have run off with her money.
